Precise operations, a growing business.
Hadas Shwartz  |  Operations lead for growing businesses

For 7 years I've supported founders and business owners - taking ownership of day-to-day operations and building the systems that keep things running.

So your time frees up for what actually matters.

Let's talk

Is this you?

Startups in growth mode

Founders under heavy load

Early on, the whole operational load falls on the founders - calendars, vendors, documents, payments. As you grow, cross-team projects and ownerless initiatives always land back on the CEO's desk. I take that weight off, before there's a need (or budget) for a full-time ops hire.

Small businesses with a lean team

Clearing the desk for growth

In a lean business, everyone plays a real role - but there are always tasks that don't belong to anyone: collections, leads, marketing initiatives, cost and profit analysis. I build an operational layer that fits, without hiring another full-time role.

Why me?

Why me?

One person, not a rotating team

I'm the one giving you the answers, personally - not an outside vendor with changing contacts.

Part of the team

Happy to come into the office and become a real part of the team - not just work remotely.

Better, not just done

Before every task I stop and ask if there's a better way - that's where the time savings, the automations and the new tools come from.

I do the work, not just advise

I step in and get things done - not just recommend from the sidelines and leave you to execute.

Full independence

Hand it over and forget it - what reaches me, happens.

Available for a single project with a clear start and end, or ongoing flexible support - depending on your stage and workload.

Case studies

A glimpse into projects I'm currently working on

A growing small business

Ongoing operational support for a year - from 5 active projects to over 20, and still growing. I brought order to everything around the work: payment tracking, cost and profitability management, and first-line client response. That freed up the founder's time to focus on business development and growth.

A startup after a Series A

Close collaboration with a founder working at a fast pace under a heavy operational load. Together we built a system that helps him stay consistent: responding to key stakeholders and steadily moving projects and partnerships forward. I also serve as the point of contact for the rest of the team, so everyone knows how to coordinate with him and get things done.

What clients say

She has a rare ability to dive into a completely new professional field and master it remarkably fast. She's sharp, unafraid of a challenge, and always looking to learn and try things herself.

For me, Hadas was never just a PA - she was a real Personal Amplifier. Beyond the day-to-day management, her sense of ownership is exceptional. We worked together on complex professional projects, including digging into legal matters, and Hadas proved herself again and again as an excellent sounding board and a true thinking partner. She's a quiet person by nature, but her contribution is felt in every detail. Anyone who works with her gains a professional who adds real value, far beyond keeping meetings and calendars in order. All of it always with a smile and complete independence. She joined the company and immediately connected with everyone here.

The biggest value for me is the feeling that there's someone else inside the business with you. Someone you can share the hard parts with, who listens, thinks through solutions with you, and takes things forward on her own.

I've been working with Hadas for over two years on day-to-day office management, collections and budget questions. For me, the most significant thing about working with her is the independence. I don't need to manage her or chase tasks - she takes ownership, gets into the details, works fast, and keeps at it until things are closed. In collections, for example, she tracked down and recovered money that simply hadn't been transferred to us, and didn't let it go until it was handled. On top of that, she knows how to be helpful and pleasant on one hand, but firm enough with clients when needed. As a business owner, knowing you don't have to deal with everything alone is worth a lot.
